Role Overview:
As an intern, you will get hands-on experience managing a retail team, working directly with customers, and gaining valuable insights into daily operations. You will also have the chance to network with seasoned retail leaders and gain exposure to the organization through developmental workshops, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Candidates must be enrolled as a full time or part time undergraduate student in a college or university. Students must be of Junior or Senior standing status and pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
Community college students will need equivalent credit hours in Business or a related field.
Candidates must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
Preferred Requirements:
1-3 years of retail experience or equivalent experience in a fast-paced work environment such as food service, customer service, hospitality etc.
Candidates with previous leadership experience interested in a potential career in retail management.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $17 - $18 per hour.
