Duties/Responsibilities:
· Documentation Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of quality control processes, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation.
· Data Entry: Input and manage data related to quality control activities into relevant databases or spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
· Scheduling Support: Coordinate and schedule quality control activities, such as inspections and tests, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
· Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication between quality control personnel, production teams, and management regarding quality-related matters, ensuring effective information flow.
· Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes for quality control meetings and discussions.
· Inventory Management: Support inventory management efforts related to quality control supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
· Assistance with Audits: Provide support during internal and external audits by organizing documentation, facilitating audit activities, and assisting in addressing audit findings.
o Adherence to Procedures: Ensure adherence to established procedures and protocols in all quality control activities, promoting consistency and reliability in processes
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to detail in administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
· Teamwork: Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team, following instructions and supporting colleagues to achieve quality control objectives.
· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently.

· Proficiency in Office Software: Competency in using office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in administration or related field preferred.
· Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly in a quality control or manufacturing environment, is advantageous but not always necessary.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to perform administrative tasks, including prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
· Occasional lifting and moving of materials may be required, up to 25 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
