Retail Sales Associate

Jobelius Floor Covering is on the search for a sharp, kind, energetic sales associate with an eye for design to join our team. Base pay PLUS endless commission! Customer facing and computer experience is required. This person will be expected to make an impression with walk in customers and assist them in choosing products and designs that best fit their vision and needs. No cold calling or sales pitches required. Stop in to our showroom and ask for an application.

Occasional Saturdays from 9-1 with overtime

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of interior design basics and trends.
• Read and measure home plans.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Utilize basic math skills.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote merchandise effectively.
• Demonstrate product knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
