What Youβll Do

- Oversee 5 retail store locations, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

- Monitor and optimize inventory control, merchandising, and store presentation.
πΉ Team Development & Leadership
- Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers and Assistant Managers, building a high-performance culture.
- Implement employee retention programs to reduce turnover and develop internal leadership pipelines.
- Foster an environment of customer-first service and team accountability.
πΉ Customer Experience & Brand Standards
- Ensure all stores deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Oversee customer service training programs to maintain top-tier satisfaction ratings.
- Implement feedback-driven improvements to drive customer loyalty and brand reputation.
πΉ Financial Performance & P&L Management
- Manage store budgets, labor costs, and expense controls to optimize profitability.

What Weβre Looking For
