What You’ll Do

🔹 Retail Operations & Sales Leadership

• Oversee 5 retail store locations, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, foot traffic, and conversion rates.
• Monitor and optimize inventory control, merchandising, and store presentation.

🔹 Team Development & Leadership

• Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers and Assistant Managers, building a high-performance culture.
• Implement employee retention programs to reduce turnover and develop internal leadership pipelines.
• Foster an environment of customer-first service and team accountability.

🔹 Customer Experience & Brand Standards

• Ensure all stores deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
• Oversee customer service training programs to maintain top-tier satisfaction ratings.
• Implement feedback-driven improvements to drive customer loyalty and brand reputation.

🔹 Financial Performance & P&L Management

• Manage store budgets, labor costs, and expense controls to optimize profitability.
• Analyze sales data, inventory trends, and financial reports to make data-driven business decisions.
• Develop and implement store-specific marketing and promotional strategies.

🔹 Compliance & Loss Prevention

• Ensure all locations follow company policies, safety regulations, and retail compliance standards.
• Lead loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and protect company assets.
• Maintain adherence to state labor laws, OSHA requirements, and operational safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

✔ 5 years of retail leadership experience as a Store Director, District Manager, or Senior Store Manager.

✔ Proven success in multi-location store operations, sales growth, and team leadership.

✔ Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and financial planning.

✔ Ability to build and develop strong, motivated management teams.

✔ Experience using POS systems, CRM tools, and sales data analytics.

✔ Passion for customer service excellence and retail innovation.
