Electrical Assembly and Integration
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Electrical Assembler - Wirer to assemble, wire, and install electrical components for industrial machinery. The successful candidate will have strong understanding of electrical assembly and wiring procedures, familiarity with electrical tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, and multimeters, and technical training in electrical assembly. Prior experience as a machine wirer, panel builder, or industrial electrician is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts to ensure proper assembly and wiring configurations.
2. Assemble and install electrical components, including control cabinets and electrical panels.
3. Connect electrical wiring between control panels, junction boxes, and machine components.
Testing and Troubleshooting:
1. Wire all machine electrical components, including motors, sensors, and control devices, according to wiring diagrams and schematics.
2. Solder wire connections and crimp connectors to ensure secure and long-lasting electrical terminations.
3. Troubleshoot wiring issues and resolve electrical problems in collaboration with engineers and supervisors.
