About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Equipment Coordinator to join our team at JobFairGiant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing designated manufacturing equipment and technology in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This role requires a high level of technical understanding of specific technology, including operations, component life cycles, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will provide coaching and mentoring to team members on Stellantis Production Way techniques for problem-solving and corrective action implementation.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) to ensure effective maintenance of designated equipment.
- Collaborate with Skilled Trades staff to maintain equipment at basic conditions and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
- Evaluate the impact of SMPs on KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) and suggest improvements.
- Identify and address throughput, run-to-run, and downtime issues with equipment in a production environment.
