We are seeking a high-performing restaurant leader with experience overseeing multiple locations and driving operational excellence, team development, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 5β10 restaurant locations, ensuring each store meets profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction goals.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue, control costs, and maximize store profitability.
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and operational budgets to maintain optimal financial performance.
Leadership Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers, Assistant Managers, and key leadership staff.
- Build a high-performance culture that fosters growth, accountability, and retention.
Guest Experience & Brand Standards:
- Ensure all locations meet brand quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, online reviews, and customer trends to improve service and loyalty.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all locations adhere to food safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Lead health & safety audits and proactively address compliance risks.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Regional/District Manager in the restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of multi-unit management and operational success.
- Strong leadership in P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
