For one of our clients, we are looking for a Territory Account Executive, LATAM, remotely from Miami, Florida, US.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding existing accounts and acquiring new business in the LATAM region. As a Territory Account Executive, LATAM, you will drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, all while maintaining a consultative approach. Your success will be measured by revenue targets, your ability to create lasting client relationships, and your contribution to the digital transformation journey of customers. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams, such as product, marketing, and customer success, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospects and clients.
Accountabilities:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consultative approach that aligns with customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business in the LATAM region, and expand business within existing accounts.
- Work with channel partners to identify, recruit, and enable them to drive growth and close deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and IT decision-makers to position the company as a strategic partner in their digital transformation efforts.
- Lead product demos, design tailored presentations, and create customized solutions for prospects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions to C-level executives, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Deep understanding of application development, DevOps, security, or adjacent technologies.
- Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Ability to engage with clients through a solutions-oriented, consultative sales approach.
- Experience managing high-level negotiations and building long-term relationships with executives.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
