This is a high-impact, field-focused role where you’ll drive growth by managing both sales and customer success efforts across a dedicated region. As the face of a pioneering agri-tech solution, you’ll work closely with farmers and ranchers, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team transforming agricultural operations across the country, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer impact.
Accountabilities:
- Own the entire sales cycle in your territory, from lead generation and product demos to deal closing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term value
- Guide customers through onboarding and deployment processes to maximize product success
- Represent the company at industry events, demos, and local agricultural gatherings
- Gather field insights and collaborate with internal teams to support product evolution
- Balance territory expansion with high-quality customer account management
- Regularly travel across your territory to engage with clients, prospects, and regional partners
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in agriculture or agri-tech
- Solid understanding of ranching or cattle operations and the challenges farmers face
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve ambitious growth targets
- Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach
- Experience managing a territory with a mix of prospecting and account retention responsibilities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, support, and engineering teams
- Willingness to travel frequently across Oklahoma (and potentially surrounding states)
- Competitive compensation with OTE ranging from $125K to $160K
