Customer Service and Data Entry Representative
$17.00 per hour to start with Year-End Bonus and commission potential after 90-days
As Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will:
- Join a wholesaler of kitchen and bath furnishings
- Receive industry-specific training
- Learn to support customer service operations in the showroom
- Build relationships with dealers, contactors and designers
- Communicate by phone, email and through in-person consultation
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Learn to conduct product lookups and research
- Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
- Make product suggestions upon request
- Learn to interpret and evaluate kitchen and bath layouts
- Create price quotes
- Take, enter and process orders and payments
- Make updates to customer account information
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Learn to authorize and administer product returns
- Ensure the showroom remains neat and orderly
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate Data Entry / Order Entry skills
Pluses:
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Showroom experience
- Related experience with Kitchen and Bath products

This is a contact assignment with a STRONG POSSIBILITY of converting to a full time, direct-hire job in approximately 3 months.
Partial benefits will be available from JobGiraffe throughout the duration of your contract assignment.
