Maintenance - Landscaping Supervisor (Bilingual Spanish)
$60,000 to start plus full benefits
JobGiraffe's client is a dynamic, growing and fast paced commercial and residential landscaping developer
As Landscaping Supervisor, you will:
- Report to the Branch Manager
- Oversee field operations
- Communicate with Team Members in English and Spanish
- Uphold safety, compliance and quality standards
- Perform timekeeping and scheduling functions for your team
- Provide leadership, guidance and direction to Team Members
- Allocate labor according to business needs
- Assist with hiring, performance evaluation and termination processes
- Onboard and train new Team Members
- Serve as an ongoing resource for new and existing team members
- Lead team meetings and attend branch leadership meetings
- Ensure equipment is properly utilized and maintained
- Conduct routine and spot quality checks on team activities
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Run routine and special reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Landscape / Landscaping experience
- Landscaping Supervisor experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
