Warehouse Associate - Returns Clerk
Up to $23.00 per hour plus full benefits
As Warehouse Returns Clerk, you will:
- Receive complete training
- Learn to support warehouse operations
- Learn to conduct quality checks on returned shipments
- Learn to enter and process product returns
- Take returned items back to inventory
- Make updates to spreadsheets and logs
- Serve as a resource for customers and internal teams
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace
- Uphold instructions, quality and compliance standards
- Provide additional cross-functional support as requested
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 2 years of Warehouse experience
- Shipping and Receiving experience
- Inventory Control experience
With:
- Customer Service and Administrative skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate Data Entry skills
Pluses:
- Quality Control experience
- Related experience with parts returns
- Experience with Routing/Transportation software
