We’re seeking a friendly, polished, and proactive Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. If you’ve got a great attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and love creating a smooth, memorable first impression, we’d love to meet you.
About the Role:
As our Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You’ll set the tone for the dining experience, managing the flow of the room, coordinating with the team, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe every shift.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage the reservation system, waitlist, and floor plan efficiently
- Coordinate guest seating and communicate with servers and managers
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area
- Handle guest inquiries and support special requests
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, polished presence and strong communication skills
- A natural sense of hospitality and grace under pressure
- Experience with reservation systems (like Resy, OpenTable, etc.) is a plus
- A team-first mindset and sharp attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $20.33 - $22.61 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
