Administrative Assistant (Healthcare)
Shift/Days: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Expected length: Contract to Hire
Location: New York City, NY

You will:
- Prepare, proof read and process documents for approval and/or distribution utilizing office automation (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Create, manage and maintains neat, organized, accurate and up to date filing systems.
- Track and process Patient Representative Department expenses, budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Assist with scheduling travel, meetings and other delegated tasks.
- Perform various clerical duties to contribute to the smooth operations of the Patient Representative Office.
- Provide clerical support to Vice President’s office.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings as assigned.
- Assists on special projects to complete such tasks typing, copying and distributing correspondence/paperwork, and filing.
- Work: Monday-Friday; 9:00am-5:00pm
You have:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to multitask in a high volume office
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Salary : $27 - $28
