We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets and extensive hands-on experience with the ION Trading platform, specifically within User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our trading systems. Responsibilities : Lead and execute UAT for ION Trading platform implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate system functionality and identify defects.Document and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications.Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.Provide training and support to end-users on the ION Trading platform.Contribute to the development and maintenance of UAT best practices and standards.Stay up-to-date on the latest ION Trading platform features and functionalities.
