Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations team to pre-fill subscription agreements for clients
- Manage capital calls by researching and preparing trades for clients
- Perform daily reconciliation and review CRIMs data loads
- Support setup of new clients in CRIMs
- Lead migration of sensitive client data to secured shared drives
- Organize and load Legacy Client Alternative investments into CRIMs
- Implement process for setting up colleague and client access to external portal
- Detailed process development for collecting bank information from clients
