Position Overview:
- Title: Quality Investigator JR (Product Surveillance Associate)
- Location: Sturtevant, WI (on-site)
- Duration: 12 months (contract)
- Work Hours: Flexible start time between 7 am to 9 am, with an 8-hour workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
- Minimum Hours: 40 hours/week (overtime may be available).
Job Responsibilities:
- Work independently and collaborate with customers, healthcare professionals, and global teams.
- Handle inquiries from multiple channels (phone, email, verbal), ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues remotely.
- Perform follow-up actions and close records efficiently.
- Conduct investigations, including product returns, manufacturing record reviews, and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Ensure all complaint processing complies with the Company Quality System.
Job Requirements:
- A BS in a Physical Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in Quality Assurance or a regulated industry.
- Strong technical writing and problem-solving skills.
- Vision Assessment (20/20 near visual acuity and acceptable color vision).
