About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Director to lead and enhance their human resources functions. This role will oversee payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and the development of standard operating procedures, ensuring a seamless and compliant HR operation across a growing multi-state organization.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will play a key role in scaling the HR team as the company expands.
Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Payroll & Benefits Management – Oversee all payroll functions and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Onboarding & Employee Experience – Lead the onboarding process for all new hires, fostering a strong employee experience from day one.
- SOP Development & Compliance – Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with business needs and legal requirements.
- Leadership & Team Growth – As the company expands, build and manage a team of local HR professionals to support the growing workforce.
