What You’ll Be Doing:
• Conduct high-volume phone screenings to assess potential candidates.
• Schedule and conduct Zoom interviews, evaluating both skills and cultural alignment.
• Review resumes and applications to identify strong candidates.
• Act as a hiring partner—not just a task-filler—by understanding company needs and helping refine the hiring process.
• Provide candidates with a mutual interview experience, ensuring they also assess whether the company is the right fit for them.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to ensure smooth transitions from interview to offer stage.
Qualifications
• Previous high volume recruitment experience.
• Strong phone presence—you’re confident, engaging, and can quickly build rapport.
• Ability to assess cultural fit, not just qualifications.
• Comfortable using Zoom and other virtual interview tools.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting
