At Jobleads-US, we are seeking an experienced Actuarial Financial Analyst Expert to join our team as a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex analyses and projects involving the design, financing, measurement, and financial analysis of employer health and group benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses and develop pricing and employee contributions strategies
- Model plan design alternatives and calculate reserves
- Develop knowledge of varying client complexity by working across different client profiles and roles
- Provide direction on benefit plan analysis, design, cost avoidance, risk, and funding strategies
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in professional services, ideally gained in a benefit consulting/brokerage firm or health underwriting/actuarial function of an insurance company
- Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products & services
- Experience with big data analytic techniques preferred
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables on time and within budget
