The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 3-5 years of experience working in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care facilities, or a combination of education and experience, are essential requirements for this role.
