ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR / MARKETER Job Description :
- Takes inquiry calls from hospitals, families, etc.
- Respond to all referrals in under 15 minutes
- Ability to clinically review all referrals
- Ensures responses to inquiries are handled properly, timely, and with appropriate follow-up.
- Accurately complete required information for pre-admission financial verification.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency regarding census / premium mix enhancement and management.
- Ensures company processes are followed to ensure a timely clinical and financial approval process.
- Ensures consistent and effective process for coordination of admissions and bed management with appropriate departments and staff.
