We partner collaboratively with clients to develop products that create value and deliver company results across critical areas of their business including portfolio strategy, customer insights, research and development, operational and technology transformation, marketing strategy, and many more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with clients who have broad, cross-functional responsibilities to help them make strategic choices about their business and/or transform their organization.
• Lead discussions with client senior management on both client-specific matters and issues affecting the broader healthcare landscape.
• Communicates interrelated business issues with senior executives and align stakeholders across functions.
• Address situations without clear problem statements to find new solutions and/or disruptive innovation.
• Build and nurture senior-level client relationships.
• Structure and develop client deliverables in PowerPoint, including 'telling the story' with supporting analysis in a clear and effective manner.
• Drive project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings and guiding and teaching more junior team members.
• Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects, practices, and clients.
• Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members.
• Drive business and strategy development.
• Integrate within our values-driven culture as a team player.

Requirements:

• MBA or an advanced degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of post-MBA or PhD work experience; in lieu of an MBA or PhD, candidates with 7-9 years of relevant work experience in a management consulting firm may be considered.
• Ability to communicate interrelated business issues with senior executives.
• Problem-solving skills to address situations without clear problem statements to find new solutions and/or disruptive innovation.
• Aptitude for and enjoyment of leading and managing teams.
• Enjoys fast-paced work environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
• Multi-disciplinary agility with a general management skillset.
• Expertise in macro industry and/or functional trends.
• Exhibits strong business intuition and ability to quickly learn and shape executive agenda.
• English fluency preferred.
