Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Management Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the short and long-term product roadmap, including business cases, epics, user stories, customer experience, and delivery
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and sequence them into Sprints
- Participate in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (scrums), reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the product development process.
Requirements:
- BS/BA in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or other related area, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in Agile development environments and use of Jira tools
- Planning, execution, and project-management skills experience
- Self-starters, able to manage vision and purpose in ambiguous situations
- Proven track record of achievements, delivering measurable results (revenue and margin performance, new market entry)
