About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Alterations Associate to join our team at Yorktown Center in Lombard, Illinois. As an Alterations Associate, you will work closely with customers to provide excellent service and execute a variety of alterations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experience by greeting customers sincerely and thanking them for their business
- Measure, fit, mark, and pin garments according to customer specifications
- Disassemble, sew, and/or reassemble garments according to measurements taken during fitting
- Repair damaged or defective merchandise
- Perform basic to moderately difficult sewing/alteration procedures on garment work
- Maintain a clean department and work area
