About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee key accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, deepening partnerships, and driving expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, aligning our solutions with their growth strategies.
- Maximise account growth by identifying and executing upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion opportunities.
- Ensure seamless onboarding by guiding clients through the KYB/KYC process, maintaining compliance while delivering exceptional experiences.
- Drive commercial impact by monitoring customer health, delivering data-driven insights, and proactively mitigating churn risk.
- Lead business reviews by developing account plans, tracking performance against KPIs, and creating tailored presentations for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or a similar role within payments or financial services.
- A strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex customer portfolios.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Previous experience in a regulated payment services company is an advantage.
