The Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River County is dedicated to making a better community for its people and animals. We provide humane care and shelter for homeless animals, place adoptable pets in permanent loving homes, promote spaying and neutering, and advocate for animal protection.
Our mission is to provide compassionate care, shelter, and advocacy for animals while promoting responsible pet ownership through education and outreach. We have helped thousands of animals find loving homes and provided low-cost spay/neuter services to reduce pet overpopulation.
As CEO, you will have the opportunity to lead our organization in achieving our mission and vision while working collaboratively with our Board and staff to develop and implement new initiatives and programs.
