What are the responsibilities and job description for the APC - Urology position at Jobleads-US?
Job Summary:
This APC/APP position will assist 9 physicians and 5 existing PAs in the Urology clinic. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, work as a team player, and interact positively with ancillary staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Practice outpatient Urology with flexibility to perform hospital-based responsibilities, assisting physicians in evaluation and management of clinic patients.
- Evaluation and management of operative patients, including pre-operative testing and counseling.
- An interest in learning office-based procedures such as PTNS, Testopel, Catheter changes, Prostate Biopsies, Cystoscopy.
- Pessary Fitting and Maintenance.
- Maintaining EPIC documentation guidelines per Clinic policy.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved training program in the United States.
- Licensed in the State of Texas.
- Board Certified and/or Board Eligible.
- Must be current in BCLS and ACLS.
