The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and leading a dedicated team to achieve operational and financial success.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure outstanding service and smooth functioning of all departments
- Set and achieve financial goals, including managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting on key performance metrics
- Maintain a high standard of guest service by implementing service standards, addressing guest feedback, and resolving issues effectively
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Built and maintain positive relationships with local business partners, the community, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a General Manager role
- Proven track record of managing profitable hotel operations and achieving financial goals
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial reporting
