What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory Affairs position at Jobleads-US?

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess employment-related legal risks and opportunities, advising Human Resources accordingly, including those relating to leaves, FMLA, ADA, and accommodations.
- Counsel Human Resources and Ethics & Compliance on misconduct and other investigations relating to potential violations of federal, state, and local law, professional practice standards, and/or Firm policy.
- Provide training to Firm personnel on employment-related-risks relevant to the Firm.
- Advise on employment law developments at the federal, state, and local level and contribute to the development of firm policies to comply with applicable law.
Requirements:
- A minimum of six years of recent experience handling employment counseling and/or employment litigation, covering a broad range of employment-related topics, in a leading law firm, large corporate environment, or government entity.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and work collaboratively in an inclusive manner with individuals at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Outstanding analytical, writing, and oral presentation skills.
