Assistant Store Manager - Seattle Premium

The Role:
We're looking for someone who can build relationships, create partnerships, and assemble talented teams to drive our goal of being the best sports company in the world. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office. They'll also possess knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs, with the ability to make commercial decisions based on sound financial judgment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and set high standards of performance
- Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Manage a team and delegate tasks as needed
- Travel domestically by car and air for business purposes
- Work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
