We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at Hudson Grande Senior Living.
About the Role:
As a Memory Care Support Partner, you will play a vital role in creating human connections with our residents during their most vulnerable moments.
You will discover their interests, abilities, and what makes each resident unique.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for our residents.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as sitting, standing, and walking, and provide support after falls.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and changes in condition.
- Provide orientation to new team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

- A flexible schedule, including week 1: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday and Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday (7pm-7am).
