Responsibilities: As a Memory Care Support Partner, you will be responsible for fostering meaningful relationships with residents, supporting their daily needs, and enhancing their overall quality of life. Key responsibilities include:
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate with residents and colleagues, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. You should also be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents. A positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents is essential! You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents. Additionally, you must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
