Athletic Program Vision
Our primary goal is to establish championship programs while fostering values in our student-athletes. We aim to develop young athletes for college-level competitions and beyond, providing meaningful opportunities for every student to engage in sports.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive five-year vision and strategic plan for the growth and success of our athletic programs and facilities.
- Provide strong leadership to coaches, staff, and student-athletes, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the Athletics Department on the Senior Leadership Team and serve as a key advisor to the President.
- Develop a culture that supports and promotes the academic and faith formation of our athletes.
