What You'll Do :
- Author Communications : Act as the central point of contact for authors, keeping them informed about the company initiatives that affect them, while addressing their questions and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
- Author Advocacy : Serve as the "voice of the author" within the organization, championing their needs, ideas, and feedback. Collaborate with internal departments to align business strategies with author expectations.
- Author Care : Ensure authors feel valued, supported, and engaged throughout their collaboration with Galatea. Develop initiatives such as personalized outreach, milestone celebrations, and meet-ups to strengthen our authors’ relationship with Inkitt
- Event Planning and Community Coordination : Plan and manage events to connect authors with each other and the broader romance writing community. Organize virtual and in-person gatherings, workshops, and conference visits that inspire creativity and collaboration and build Inkitt’s reputation among the wider author community
- Author Onboarding and Contracts : Support the recruitment of new authors, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Help shape author contracts to ensure they are clear, fair, and advantageous for both parties.
