Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-branch customer service by identifying customers' needs and demonstrating our digital banking options
- Fulfill customers' day-to-day transactional needs and advise them on our full range of financial products and services
- Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for growth and upselling
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years' experience in a sales and service environment required
- 2 years of experience in cash handling required
- 2 years of experience in customer service, referrals, and sales required
