Job Description:
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing and managing direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans. You will also prescribe medications, referrals, and other necessary interventions as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides and manages direct patient care
- Prescribes pharmaceuticals and other treatments as appropriate
- Refers patients to specialists and relevant patient care components as needed
- DIRECTS AND COORDINATES PATIENT CARE ACTIVITIES OF NURSING AND SUPPORT STAFF AS REQUIRED
Requirements:
- Medical License in Illinois
- Board certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
- 3-5 years of experience is preferred
- Completed a US Residency Program
