We're seeking a talented Business Growth and Innovation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Product Management organization, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our Small Commercial product lines.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful business growth strategies, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing business growth strategies that drive financial performance and growth
- Collaborating with Sales and Underwriting leadership to identify opportunities for profitable growth
- Leading development of state, line or business unit strategies within the Product Management organization
A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Eight years of product management experience, with experience in senior-level general management and an in-depth knowledge of two or more commercial product lines, is also necessary.
