The Head of Operations and Strategic Finance will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape Philo Ventures' strategic direction. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and driven professional with experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB), investment banking, or private equity.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Enhance our shared services function, ensuring efficiency in finance, legal, HR, marketing, and other cross-company operations.
- Develop and manage key business scorecards, financial reporting structures, and KPI dashboards.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making and business planning.
- Work closely with the leadership of our three verticals (studio, real estate, and hospitality) to provide financial modeling, market research, and strategic analysis.
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
Experience: 4–7 years in strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment banking, or private equity; experience in venture capital or startups is a plus.
Education: MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Skillset: Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
