Your Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Partner. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with our residents during their most vulnerable moments.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

• Be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A positive and energetic attitude towards working with seniors.

• The ability to communicate effectively in English with our residents.

• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information about our residents.

• The physical ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
