This role is responsible for driving the security direction of our platforms and overseeing the implementation, configuration, and automation of security controls to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining Security Requirements: Collaborate with various teams to define security requirements and provide support to security engineers, network engineers, and application architecture specialists.
- Leading Security Architecture Teams: Lead high-performing security architecture teams, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Evaluating Security Controls: Conduct platform, tool, and process assessments to evaluate existing security controls, identify weaknesses, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Direct IT Security Experience: Minimum ten years of direct IT security experience in one or more of the ten security domains.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Broad Technical Experience: Broad technical experience in several security disciplines, including endpoint and platform controls, encryption/tokenization, identity and access management, PKI, data protection, and security tooling integration in complex environments.
