The position of Chief Financial Officer will be a full-time senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO. The primary function is to create appropriate financial structures in line with envisaged organizational growth, handling financial accounting, statutory compliances, international compliances, and coordination with auditors and banks.
Job Description
As a Chief Financial Officer, you will have the opportunity to lead the finance department at Generation India and work with a global team spread across all continents and 17 countries. You will be responsible for creating financial structures, handling financial accounting, statutory compliances, international compliances, and coordination with auditors and banks. You will also work closely with the CEO to build out finance structures and processes, in alignment with company strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and relationship management skills with CXO level positions within corporates, foundations, government, etc. You should also have advance knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and ERP packages for financial analysis and consolidation of reports. Additionally, you should have good experience of handling legal compliances, including FCRA, GST, and other applicable laws and statutes.
