Job Description
At Jobleads-US, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial functions of the corporation, providing strategic financial leadership, and ensuring the company's financial health and stability.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial management, with excellent analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model. They will also possess strong leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker.
The Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and other financial projection updates.
- Planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing, and evaluating the organization's financial function and performance.
- Supporting senior management with the preparation, evaluation, and collaboration of each department's key performance indicators, management reports, and other data to be used to manage their area and report out to executive management.
The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of federal and state financial regulations and legislation, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
