As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality medical care to inmates and work closely with our Regional Medical Director, Director of Operations, and other stakeholders to drive operational and clinical excellence.

- Provide administrative support, develop clinical programs, and implement quality management initiatives that align with corporate objectives. ">
- Maintain good relationships with regional administrators, healthcare unit administrators, and state medical authorities. ">
- Evaluate and monitor chronic illness programs, participate in facility quality committees, and ensure effective staff orientation and training. ">
Requirements
