Job Summary
Concentra is seeking a seasoned Vice President, Human Resources to lead our human resources efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the support and achievement of both company and business unit objectives.
This position requires an expert who can act as a liaison between the Field operations and corporate headquarters, partner with internal and external counsel related to employment litigation matters, ensure compliance, related training and development, and strategic congruence with emerging employment legislative trends.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of applicable experience in Human Resource generalist and management experience with a focus on employee relations, as well as proven track record of success in mitigating risk and successful negotiation.
The role involves overseeing the annual performance & development process, colleague calibrations, annual engagement training and action planning, supporting due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions, leading and managing change throughout the HR organization and company, representing the HR organization effectively and professionally, and ensuring compliance of company policies and programs.
