">Job Summary
We are seeking a Director, Technology and Data Risk Management to oversee our technology and data risk management functions. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity programs, overseeing technical integration of new systems, and ensuring alignment with our overall security policies and data protection strategies.
">Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust cybersecurity operations, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) program and threat intelligence, protection, detection, response, and recovery.
- Perform talent development duties, such as creating/revising job descriptions, conducting performance discussions, rating employee performance, establishing/tracking goals, and completing annual wage reviews.
- Ensure cybersecurity assurance systems, including vulnerability scanning, Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), secure configuration monitoring, and firewall configuration changes.
- Plan and execute penetration testing, audit, control testing, and third-party risk assessments in partnership with the Global Compliance & Ethics Team.
- Develop IT policies, standards, processes, and procedures to meet company's cybersecurity and IT compliance needs.
- Oversee technical implementation of framework standards.
This role requires a strong background in computer science, MIS, business, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of related experience. Certification in information security management (CISM), information security professional (CISSP), or risk and systems control (CRISC) is also preferred.
