Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Network Strategy and Partnerships to join our team at Jobleads-US.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction for the department, including setting priorities, goals, and objectives.
- Leads and manages cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Contributes to and monitors the measures of needs and services including Map the Meal Gap, Service Area Assessment, and internal foodbank measures, and creates strategies to address shortcomings in coordination with Senior Leadership Team and appropriate departments.
- Provides oversight of compliance and capacity building including support, feedback, and guidance to ensure all Federal, State, County, and Feeding America regulations are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant experience in human services, business/project management, and/or nonprofit management.
- Proven track record of success working in a busy office environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
