• Bachelor's degree in Business, Museum Studies, Arts, History, Non-Profit Leadership, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen, strategic planning skills, and program management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in community engagement, partnership building, and grant writing (desired).
• Proactive problem-solving and calculated risk-taking capabilities.
