We're looking for a talented leader to join our team as a Program Director. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our Before and After School Program at Moscow Elementary School. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality educational experiences to children.
The Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of six (6) months experience working in a childcare program or other children's program. Holding a current certification in first aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training; Twelve (12) hours of training in healthy, safe environments; child development; individual and cultural diversity or business and professional development. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff to achieve goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders. A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of program delivery. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in using digital tools and technology to support program operations. Familiarity with local education regulations and standards.
