About the Position:
Athenian School is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Director of Innovation Programs. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading our Carter Innovation Studio (CIS) program, which focuses on experiential learning and project-based education.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the design and implementation of curricular innovation projects
- Fostering collaboration among students and faculty to promote active-learning and innovative practices
- Mentoring students on special projects related to engineering, design, machine learning, and computational thinking
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Strong teaching and leadership skills
- Experience managing educational space for collaborative exploration of design, engineering, environmental sustainability, and computational thinking
